1. Services Rendered

Due to the nature of dental treatments, we cannot offer refunds for services that have already been completed. However, if you have concerns about the results of your treatment, please contact us immediately so we can evaluate your case and discuss possible solutions.

2. Prepaid Treatments and Deposits
  • Treatment Packages: If you have prepaid for a treatment package and wish to cancel before starting, you may request a refund for the unused portion, minus any administrative fees.

  • Appointment Deposits: Deposits made to secure your appointment are non-refundable in case of late cancellation or no-show, as outlined in our cancellation policy.

3. Products Purchased at Our Clinic
  • Unopened Products: Unopened and unused dental products purchased at our clinic may be returned within 14 days of purchase with the original receipt.

  • Opened Products: For health and safety reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned or refunded unless they are defective.

4. Special Circumstances

Refunds may be considered in special cases, such as billing errors or duplicate payments. These will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
